Other features are an outside shower, a couple of outside storage rooms, windows and doors with security locks, TV and satellite cabling plus dish (UK and Dutch programmes) and patio benches.  The terrace roof is covered with ceramic tiles for extra insulation against the heat, but these could be removed and the roof could be tiled to create and extra roof terrace with 360-degree views.

There is an unlimited private water supply and water pump near the road, which can water all the garden (which has an irrigation system) and fill the water tank for the house.  Near the pump is the gas* tank that can be easily filled by a supplier vehicle from the road.  The property has a very large septic tank.

The property offers an excellent and unique opportunity for the new owner to modify it as they wish, perhaps unifying the guest apartment and the house, or creating more rooms inside the house.  The back patio could be enclosed to enlarge the house.  The size of the plot guarantees privacy and although the immediate area around the house is well tended, the rest of it remains typical Mediterranean flora and is a haven for local wildlife and birds.
